This formal agreement outlines the legally binding terms and conditions between nobleumrah.com and pilgrims seeking and availing services related to Umrah Packages 2024 and Hajj Packages 2024 from Noble Umrah.

While providing our services for Umrah and Hajj events in 2024, we aim for clarity in conveying information about package details and costs. Relevant invoices serve as a contract for services provided by nobleumrah.com, signed by our valued client/pilgrim. The following terms and conditions will apply when availing our services either on a timely basis or as per preferred schedules.

For precise understanding of terms such as “Us,” “we,” “Noble Umrah,” or “the Company,” it refers to www.nobleumrah.com. The terms “you,” “yourself,” “the Client,” or “the Pilgrim” refer to the person or individual signing this agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure clarity if any information on our website or through communications is unclear. We advise our valued clients/pilgrims to seek legal advice from reliable sources if needed.

Booking Agreement

This agreement is initiated when clients/pilgrims express interest in availing our services for various Umrah and Hajj packages by Noble Umrah. The agreement becomes applicable to us when the client/pilgrim confirms the Hajj or Umrah booking via an official receipt. Upon verification of advised money deposits in the company’s mentioned accounts and confirmation from service providers, an official confirmation of flight, hotel, and respective departure times will be provided to the client/pilgrim 7 days prior to the estimated departure date mentioned on the receipt. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is required by the client/pilgrim upon receiving the official receipt regarding Hajj or Umrah as our principal services.

Understanding your contract

Please read these Booking Conditions carefully before making any booking. You must save and/or print a copy of these Booking Conditions at the time of placing the booking. The person making the booking will be relied upon to act on behalf of any other traveler on the booking, binding all travelers to these Booking Conditions.

Your rights under your contract for travel arrangements depend on the type of travel arrangement booked, either a package travel or one or more individual travel services. The provider of your travel service will have its own terms and conditions, and all such terms and conditions apply to these Booking Conditions. In case of inconsistency, the travel service provider’s terms and conditions prevail.

Package Travel Arranged By Us

A package is a pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following components: (a) transport – (b) accommodation – or (c) other tourist services. Your rights for packages arranged by us are outlined in these Booking Conditions, which include terms and conditions of each travel service provider. Rights are also governed by the Package Travel, Package Holidays, and Package Tours Regulations 1992.

We Act As Agent Only

When making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that we act as an agent for the relevant tour organizer or travel service provider. Neither Noble Umrah nor any of its directors, employees, or agents have liability in connection with the relevant travel service, except as set out in these Booking Conditions and the Package Travel Regulations.

Schedule Changes

Departure and arrival times on flight tickets are estimates provided by the airline and may change due to various factors. Schedule changes are beyond our control, and passengers are advised to confirm scheduled departure times with the airline before the flight. In the event of schedule changes, failure to reconfirm any sector of your itinerary may result in the need to purchase a new flight.

If You Change Your Booking

Requests for changes to travel arrangements must be made in writing by the lead-named traveler. An administration charge will apply, and additional travel service provider change or cancellation fees may also be incurred.

If You Cancel Your Booking

Cancellation of travel arrangements may be subject to non-refundable fees. Cancellation fees vary depending on the time before departure. Refunds may be available under the terms of your travel insurance policy.

If We Change or Cancel Your Booking

Travel service providers may occasionally make changes to bookings. We will advise you of any changes at the earliest possible date. Compensation may be applicable under certain circumstances.

Force Majeure

Noble Umrah is not liable for failures arising from force majeure events, including government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accidents, storms, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action.

Hajj & Umrah Visa Application Documents

For Hajj and Umrah visa applications, pilgrims are required to submit specific documents, including passport-size photos, proof of meningitis vaccination, a valid passport, and, for non-American passport holders, proof of “INDEFINATE PRMISSION TO STAY.”

Hajj visas are granted by the Saudi Government free of charge. Noble Umrah is authorized to obtain Hajj & Umrah visas for all U.S. citizens and other nationals with official citizenship rights for the U.S. Processing times may vary, and applicants are encouraged to seek guidance during the application process.

Flight Delays or Cancellations

Noble Umrah is not liable for flight delays or cancellations, and passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance to cover such events.

Local Customs & Laws

Travelers must adhere to local customs and laws of the host country. Noble Umrah is not responsible for the consequences of disobedience to local customs rules.
